Mohács, 2011. november 2.The gate of the historic memorial site of the Battle of Mohács on August 29, 1526 and the museum building. The battlefield is located in the neighborhood of Sátorhely. The huge gate is the work of goldsmith József Pölöskei. The broken stone frame symbolizes the Hungarian backbone crumbling under Turkish oppression, the arches that never come together symbolize the lack of unity.Az 1526. augusztus 29-i mohácsi csata történelmi emlékhelyének kapuja és a múzeum épülete. A csatamező Sátorhely szomszédságában fekszik. A hatalmas kapu Pölöskei József ötvösművész alkotása. A megtört kőkeret a török elnyomás alatt megroppanó magyar gerincet, a soha össze nem érő ívek az összefogás hiányát jelképezik.
