R?ma, 2010. j?nius 1.Column of Trajan at Forum Romanum. The 40.5 m high 40 ton column was erected in 113 AD, in honor of the emperor's conquest of Dacia. The spiral frieze depicting 23 circular arcs illustrates episodes of warfare against the Dacians with 2500 figures. On top of the column, in 1587, statues of Tommaso Della Porta and St. Peter Leonardo Sormani were replaced by the original Trajan statue.Traianus oszlopa a Forum Romanumon.
