22 October 2025, Saxony, Chemnitz: Christina Michel, curator at the State Museum of Archaeology in Chemnitz, looks at a tactile model of the skull of an Australopithecus africanus. With the new special exhibition, the museum is embarking on an archaeological search for traces of the cradle of humanity. The show, entitled "Planet Africa", is dedicated to the African continent.
