Apollo Command and Service Module CSM 105 was a Block II spacecraft combination manufactured by North American Rockwell and originally used for vibration and acoustic tests. Refurbished in 1973 for display at the Paris Air Show, it was exhibited docked to a Soviet Soyuz spacecraft in connection with the Apollo Soyuz Test Program of July 1975. The archival image records the mockup prior to its 1976 installation in the National Air and Space Museum following transfer from NASA.
