Watchet, UK. 16th Apr, 2026. Somerset Council have decided that the Lighthouse guarding the entrance to Watchet Harbour is the wrong colour and must be repainted. The red Lighthouse sits on the left side of the harbour entrance and maritime regulations state markers on the left should be green not red. This was pointed out by an audit by Trinity House.
