The Leontocefalo statue, located in the Fagan Mithraeum at Ostia Antica, is a marble representation of the lion-headed figure associated with Mithraism. The statue, dated to around 190 AD, is preserved in the Vatican Library. It is reproduced in Franz Cumont's book 'The Mysteries of Mithra' (1903), page 105, and includes an inscription detailing its dedication.
