Armando Lao records the names of arriving local media crew in the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20) prior to a press conference with Rear Adm. Brad Cooper, commander of Amphibious Force 7th Fleet. Green Bay is in Port Moresby preparing to assist with security efforts ahead of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) conference and is the second U.S. ship to visit Port Moresby in the last two months.
