BRISBANE, Australia (Nov. 21, 2016) The signature and message of thanks from Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus in the dignitary guest book of the office of Gen. Douglas MacArthur. Mabus visited the MacArthur Museum to present the museum's curator, Dr. John Wright, with a replica of the document that established the U.S. 7th Fleet on March, 15 1943 during World War II.
