By the end of the year, 17 apartments are to be built in and next to the former ruined tower in Weißensee, three of them in the listed tower and a further 14 in the adjacent new wing. The latter will replace the former church nave, which was destroyed in the Second World War, on an area of around 3,000 square meters. Only the 65 meter high tower survived the bombing.
