As part of Coldstream Civic Week which marks the end of the Border Common Riding Season on the Thursday during Coldstream Civic Week which sees the last of the Border Rideouts take place from the small Scottish border town when the rideout rides over the border into England to commemorate  the Battle of Flodden (1513) where James IVs Army was defeated by an English Army led by the Earl of Surrey.-stock-foto
