West Lothian. Scotland, UK. 14th Mar, 2026. As I was sitting in my kitchen I heard some high pitched sounds in my garden. I grabbed my camera and spotted two buzzards flying around the trees and then noticed that they are actually nesting there. Buzzards lay eggs anytime from mid March to mid April, so I am looking forward to having a family of buzzards by the summer! ( Credit: David Mollison/Alamy Live News-stock-foto
