The scheme consists of two buildings of 9-storey and 23-storeys, totalling 737 student bedspaces. Students to be welcomed in time for 2028-2029 academic year. The new student accommodation building will include a community facility, café and new accessible public realm with new trees. The scheme has been forward funded by L&G.
