West Midlands Police have now left the Utilita Arena in Birmingham following a security threat which led to a 19-year-old man being arrested following the discovery of a suspicious bag. Roads line with discarded litter which was left in panic as the area was shut down. Signs are also placed around the arena telling visitors that bags will be searched. Peter Kay, who was performing to thousands at the time, was rushed off stage to safet then all attendees were evacuated.
