Maltese Cross on a paludamentum under a ducal mitre with the Szreniawa coat of arms superimposed in an oval. A chain with a smaller Maltese Cross suspended beneath it is woven into the arms of the cross. Above and below the paludament are ribbons with an inscription. This bookplate imitates the composition of Hieronim Lubomirski's bookplate made a hundred years earlier; unlike that earlier plate, this was not a highly technical engraving.
