Hull, E.Yorkshire. 21st May 2026. A  wardrobe stylist adjusts an actor’s hair during an outdoor historical film production. BLACK PALACE, a 19th century crime story set in Buckingham Palace, was filmed in Hull during May. Directed by Nick Hamm, and produced by Piers Tempest for Tempo productions, the film is the story of forbidden love between a Prince and a Lady in waiting.
