AMSTERDAM – Dirk-Jan Duynstee, attorney for Wintech, is appearing in the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. The Enterprise Chamber is continuing its oral hearing in the case concerning chip manufacturer Nexperia. The Netherlands and China are embroiled in a conflict after outgoing Minister of Economic Affairs Vincent Karremans imposed restrictions on Nexperia's Chinese parent company, Wingtech, allegedly moving activities and expertise out of Europe.
