The Enterprise Chamber is continuing its oral hearing in the case concerning chip manufacturer Nexperia. The Netherlands and China are embroiled in a conflict after outgoing Minister of Economic Affairs Vincent Karremans imposed restrictions on Nexperia's Chinese parent company, Wingtech, allegedly moving activities and expertise out of Europe.
