Collins GLU-925 Global Landing Unit (2004–2005) is a Multi-Mode Receiver certified for Local Area Augmentation System capability and designed to integrate GPS, WAAS, LAAS, GNSS, VOR, MLS, and ILS signals into a single navigation system. It was used as a black box flight test unit during certification trials for air transport aircraft. The archival image records an integrated avionics unit developed to provide precision vertical and lateral guidance during landing.
